Founder, Lead Venture Architect
Lawrence Kwadwo Agyinsam
With a multidisciplinary background spanning Computer Science, Business Administration, and Innovation Design, his work focuses on architecting venture systems, trade platforms, and capital infrastructure that enable long-term economic participation across Africa and the global diaspora. He brings a macro-economic systems-level approach to venture building and asset management, informed by academic and professional experience across North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
A graduate of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, Lawrence has contributed to the design and operation of nationally scaled entrepreneurship programs, supported founder investment readiness at scale, and helped build the operational and data infrastructure underpinning mentor-led venture ecosystems with institutions such as Cinematica Labs, Black Ambition, and the USC Marshall School of Business. He has also delivered strategy and innovation engagements for organizations including Evian, Unilever, and Colt Technology Services. As Founder and Lead Venture Architect, he is focused on building durable platforms and investment frameworks centered on ownership, trade, and capital allocation in emerging and frontier markets, with an emphasis on sustainable growth, economic resilience, and multigenerational prosperity.
Chief Investment Officer
Clement Bentum
An investment professional with experience across institutional markets, capital structuring, and risk management spanning public and private asset classes. He brings a disciplined, institutional lens to portfolio construction, macro-driven decision-making, and capital deployment, shaped by direct exposure to hedge funds, alternative investments, and systematic strategies.
His career began at Morgan Stanley within Prime Brokerage, where he worked closely with hedge funds and sophisticated institutional clients as part of a platform supporting over $300 billion in client assets. He focused on leverage and margin optimization, balance-sheet efficiency, and counterparty risk; developing a rigorous, risk-aware perspective on large-scale portfolio operations and capital allocation.
He has designed, tested, and deployed quantitative trading strategies in live market environments and continues to build bespoke investment frameworks tailored to opportunities across Africa and other emerging and frontier markets, where structural growth and market inefficiencies create differentiated return potential. As Chief Investment Officer, his work spans public equities, private credit, structured financing, and alternative strategies, with a strong emphasis on financial modeling, innovative debt and equity structures, and risk-adjusted return optimization.
Clement is currently an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School, where he is focused on asset management, hedge funds, and global capital markets, and is actively engaged in investment-oriented coursework and initiatives. His long-term objective is to build and scale an institutional-quality investment platform in Africa, applying global best practices in portfolio construction, risk management, and governance to deliver durable, risk-adjusted returns.
